Ongoing packages for businesses that need regular help, not a single visit. Use this product for website updates, design, marketing, advertising, admin, payroll support, CRM, content and similar retainers. Select the package service first, then the level (S, M or L), then Monthly or Quarterly billing. The price is the retainer for that period. Extra hours, ads spend, print and call-outs are billed separately. Ulquiorra Zealtech has delivered digital and business support since 2010 for South African and Belgian clients across medical, agriculture, education, beauty, sciences and technology. A package is the steady middle between Per Hour and a large one-off Services project.

How S, M and L work

S is a small monthly (or quarterly) block: limited hours, one main channel or one system. M is the standard SME retainer: enough time for planned work plus small fixes. L is a fuller block for several channels, more users or faster turnaround. Pick the level from the workload, not only company size. A solo founder with heavy ads can need M. A larger firm with one quiet website can stay on S.

Monthly billing

Same fee each month. Best when work is continuous: social posts, site updates, bookkeeping support, patches. Unused time does not always roll over unless your quote says so. Pause or change level at the next billing date.

Quarterly billing

One invoice every three months. Use this for seasonal campaigns, training blocks or clients who prefer fewer payments. The scope is still paced across the quarter, not dumped in week one.

What a package includes

Agreed tasks inside the selected service, scheduled check-ins, and a short monthly or quarterly summary. It does not include ad spend, stock photos, licences, printing hardware or an on-site call-out unless that is written on the order. Remote work is the default. On-site visits use the Call Out Fee product.

Typical use: fresh creatives, plugin updates, SEO tasks, ad management and content. Development of a new app or a full rebrand is a Services project, then this package keeps it live.

Before you subscribe

Write the main goal in the order notes: “eight social posts”, “WordPress updates”, “payroll plus 10 staff”. Name one contact. List tools we must log into. If the scope is unclear, start on S for one month, then move to M or L.

When to use another product

One-off build: Services. Ad-hoc hours: Per Hour. Broken machine on site: Call Out Fee. Pure break-fix with no retainer: Support. Packages are for planned, repeating work.

How billing and changes work

Checkout starts the first period. Quarterly is three months prepaid. Change of service or level is from the next cycle unless both sides agree mid-cycle. Cancel at the end of the paid period. After-hours work inside a package still needs a written yes if it exceeds the included block.

A retainer costs less than buying panic hours every week. Choose service, level and Monthly or Quarterly, add a short scope, then check out or request a quote if several services must sit in one bundle.
