Use Reset Password when you already have an affiliate login and cannot get in. Enter the email on the account, follow the message we send, and set a new password. Do not open a second registration; duplicate accounts break tracking and payouts.
If no email arrives, check spam and confirm you used the same address as the application. Still stuck, contact us with the email on the account. This reset is for the affiliate area only, not Client Zone, webmail, or social logins. Reset, then return to the affiliate account.
