Quotations and Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed only when we receive your written acceptance and any required deposit. Project timelines and deliverables are estimates and subject to change with mutual agreement. Any modifications to the original scope after acceptance may incur additional fees and adjusted timelines.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining payments are due upon milestone completion or final delivery. All invoices must be settled within the specified period. Late payments may attract interest and result in suspension of work or project delivery. We accept secure payment methods as indicated on our invoices.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All work created by Ulquiorra Zeal Tech remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment and project approval, we transfer the agreed usage rights to you. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the deliverables for commercial purposes beyond your own business without our prior written consent.

Client Obligations

You agree to provide timely and accurate information, content, feedback, and access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may result in extended timelines and additional costs. You warrant that all materials supplied do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Ulquiorra Zeal Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service. We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue growth.
